How do I place an order with Everest Pallet?

Please have the pallet type and quantity you need, choose your delivery window, and submit. One of our representatives will follow up promptly to confirm details and finalize your order.
Which areas do you service?
We service all 50 states across the U.S. through our nationwide vendor pool of 500+ trusted carriers. Whether you need pallets delivered to coast-to-coast distribution centers or rural warehouses, we’ll find the closest, most cost-effective option.
What types of pallets are available?
- Recycled pallets: High-quality, cost-effective options for most applications.
- New custom pallets: Built to your exact dimensions and specifications.
- Specialty pallets: Heat-treated (HT), custom sizes, and food-grade pallets for regulated industries.
Can I return, exchange, or repair pallets?
Absolutely. Our Pallet Exchange & Repair Program lets you:
- Return excess or broken pallets for credit.
- Exchange worn pallets for fresh ones at a reduced rate.
- Repair damaged pallets to extend their service life.

What are your lead times and delivery options?
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited delivery: Next-day or even same-day (where available) through our drop-trailer or live-unload services.
We’ll work with you to optimize routes and minimize costs while meeting your timeline.
How do you ensure quality and safety?
Every pallet is inspected to meet industry standards (ISPM 15 where required). Our recycling facilities adhere to strict quality-control processes, and custom pallets are built in certified plants. You’ll receive only pallets that pass our multi-point inspection.
What pricing structures do you offer?
- Volume discounts: As your order size increases, our per-pallet price decreases.
- Contract pricing: For national accounts with recurring needs, we lock in competitive rates.
- Spot quotes: For one-time or urgent requirements, request an on-demand quote.

Do you offer sustainable solutions?
Yes. We recycle over 90% of broken pallets, diverting wood, cardboard, and plastic from landfills. Our Pallet Repair Program and custom-sized pallets reduce waste, helping you meet your corporate sustainability goals.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH/wire transfers, check, and Net 30 terms for approved accounts. All invoices are issued through Pallet Connect, and you can view them at any time after the delivery is completed and the order is closed out.
